Our journey so far
2026 has been quite a journey. Here's what we've been building together, featuring a song made by one of our young people.
After losing a close friend to suicide, music became more than something I loved: it became a way to grieve, process pain, and stay connected to the people around me. In the years since, I've seen the same thing again and again in my work: music can reach young people in ways words sometimes can't, offering space for expression, regulation, confidence and hope.
